Why to Choose Public School

Many parents have chosen public schools since they feel the payments that will be incurred in a year are much lower than private schools available. But many rich families don’t like the idea and they have also seen that public schools lack the knowledge their children need.

Public schools remain to have the biggest population of students from elementary up to college. Here are basic reasons why public schools are always having the bulk of students as far as enrollees are concerned.

  • Low tuition – In public schools the tuition is much lower as compared to private schools. Many parents all over the globe still prefer their children enrolled in government-run schools so that they could not experience much dilemma on the yearly expenses of sending their children to school. In many developing countries of the world they still prefer public schools because of too much poverty in which they could not afford the tuition fees if they send their children in private institutions. Majority of the public schools in the world give free tuition fees for elementary and high school students while in colleges the tuition in some government-run colleges is also very low.
  • The curriculum is still competitive – Parents and school administrators still believe that their education is still comparable with the private schools despite of the fact that they don’t have much equipment and complete laboratories to give the students of the knowledge they want while in schools.
  • Governmenrt’s updating curriculums – The government who is running the public schools believe they are updating the institutions and the lack of classrooms and chairs is going to be solved soon. In many developing countries, the lack of classrooms and chairs seem to be the primary concern of the government. But despite classroom shortage, many parents still prefer their children to public schools.

In today’s fast changing society public schools are still the best preference from parents considering their very low tuition fees as compared to private schools. Even surveys confirm that public schools still leads in the most number of students enrolled every year.
