As far as enrollment among students all over the globe is concerned recent surveys revealed that almost 70 percent of the students are enrolled in public schools because of free tuition fees. In fact, parents have already entrusted their students in most public high schools because of this fact.

- Public schools are run by government – All of the public schools are run by the government and are usually giving free tuition fee for students. This is one of the main reasons why students, especially from average families usually prefer public schools rather than private schools.
- Minimize expenses for parents – Since the government is subsidizing the cost for the benefit of the parents which cannot afford high tuition fees, the parents’ burden of supporting their children are also cut down.
